The Clean Plate Club Food Truck (or CPC) is built on the philosophy of fresh and local. These culinary school graduates are keen on classic technique, but love to mix in some new world styles in their unique menu. They’ve been getting through Covid with take home meal kits like Mac and Cheese with Pulled Pork, Risotto and Chicken or Chickpea “Wings”.
