Wine & Food Pairing Virtual Wine Release with Bad Mother Shuckers!

We are releasing 4 new wines this month and we are once again partnering with Bad Mother Shuckers who has created a stellar 4-course pairing menu to accompany this month's release!

Pinot Gris (WA)
Vibrant straw gold to the eye with white peach, nectarine, honeysuckle and candied lemon and lime in the aroma. On the palate this wine presents juicy peach, lemon curd, white nectarine and ripe pineapple that cleanly flows through the palate in to the finish.

Food Pairing: Chilled Honeydew Soup - prosciutto croutons, lemon

2016 Syrah Reserve (CA)
Deep garnet containing crimson hues to the eye with allspice, black currant, and pepper steak in the aromas. On the palate, hot grilled meat is complemented y notes of cherry and blackberry.

Food Pairing: Chicken Liver Pate - pickled blueberries, rye crisps

2018 Arrowhead (WA)
Scarlet with violet hues with dark cherry, raspberry, cranberry sauce, green pepper skin, cedar on the nose. On the palate, dark cherry, white pepper, fresh fig, raspberry, and a hint of clean leather.

Food Pairing: Pork Ragu Kale Rigatoni

2017 Lapis Lazuli (Chile)
Deep violet with aromas of sharp green pepper skin, bright blackberry, dark cherry and a touch of smoke and salinity. On the palate, smoked meat, white pepper, dark cherry and black currant.

Food Pairing: Grilled Mackerel - smoked beet & apple salad
