These bundles have been carefully curated to pair with dinner menus from Balboa Catering's Supper Club (though they can certainly be enjoyed on their own as well). Each bundle will be offered at a discount until the date of the dinner they were curated to accompany. Solebury Orchard Ice Apple Cider 375mL
Made from a special blend of apples grown and pressed by Solebury Orchard. Cryoconcentrated and fermented by Stone & Key Cellars.


2018 Chardonnay Reserve (WA) 750mL
Pale straw to the eye with gooseberry, juicy stone fruit, nectarine, honeysuckle blossom and a hint of lemongrass on the nose. On the palate, the juicy pamplemoose, candied key lime, and plentiful stone fruit are balanced by a river rock minerality.


2014 Syrah (WA) 750mL
Crimson red to eye with cooked steak, vanilla and toasty oak in the aromas. On the palate more meat pushed forward with notes of cocoa and stewed plum.

The name is both an homage to our favorite local orchard (Solebury), and a reflection of the philosophy of this cider. Keep it simple and allow the essence of sugar to shine through.

Addition of Montmortency Cherries. Delicious balance of tart and sweet.

Pineapple X-Press (off-dry)

This vibrant tropically infused Roma apple based hard cider sourced from Solebury Orchards was fermented at 63°F for 18 days, and abounds with fresh pineapple in the aroma. A direct, racy acidity drives the clean & crisp flavors all the way through the palate for a pungent, yet balanced pineapple experience, from beginning to end.

Spy vs Spy (dry)

Gold in color with a hint of green, this hard cider pops a slight vanilla in the aroma. Tart lemon notes and dry earthy apple flavors coat the mid-palate, finishing with lingering fruit notes. Made with a blend of Northern Spy & Red Spy apples.

Purple Carrot Ginger

Vivid purple on the eye with refreshing desi ginger on the nose. On the palate, the earthiness of purple carrot combined with the tartness from crisp Solebury apples are complimented by the slight spice of the ginger on the finish.

Golden Russet (dry)

Aged in white wine barrels for 12 months this cider gives off intense barrel characteristics, using Golden Russet apples to create a highly tannic, crisp, bright, extremely dry hard cider.

Ed’s N.E. Style (off-dry)

Ed’s New England style cider is golden to the eye. On the nose there is freshly picked pear alongside the refreshing apple. On the palate caramelized apple and dried fruit are complimented by a hint of cinnamon.

Winemaker Signature Series


2017 Obsidian (Yakima Valley, WA)

(93% Carmenere/7% Petit Verdot) Dry. Deep crimson to the eye, with touches of violet. Automatically, pepper three ways: green pepper skin, crushed black pepper, and white pepper, with black coffee grounds, fresh cedar, and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, the fresh pepper three ways, plus allspice, cocoa powder, and freshly picked blackberry with a hint of lavender to finish.

2016 Stone Cutter Blend (Paso Robles, CA)

(50% Cabernet Sauvignon/50% Petite Sirah) Deep burgundy with violet hues on the eye with dark cherry, blackberry jam, wet cedar, slight dustiness, and a touch of vanilla on the brambly nose. On the palate you will find blackberry jam, wet cedar, allspice, and a slight hint of smoked meat.

2018 Chardonnay Reserve (Columbia Valley, WA)

Brilliant straw gold to the eye with stone fruit, peach, apricot, nectarine, toasted vanilla and crème brulee on the nose. On the palate you will find this wine is creamy with a lasting crisp acidity which is complimented by its key lime and candied lemon compote accents.

Crimson red to the eye with dark cherry, black currant, raspberry and cola on the nose. On the palate there is clean leather and raspberry, with dark cherry on the finish.

Brilliant rose gold to the eye with fresh strawberry, lychee, ripe white cranberry, golden raspberry, and dusty earthy aromas. On the palate, crisp cranberry and raspberry are complemented by a delicate creamy texture and slight touch of pepper skin.

2016 Pinot Grigio (CA)

Light pale gold to the eye, with lemon peel, key lime and a note of dusty minerality on the nose. On the palate you will find a dry minerality, candied lemon compote, and a hint of apricot.
