This husband and wife team bring their homemade traditional Greek recipes to the road and serve up exceptional quality with a warm smile. We love their lamb lollipops and their garlic hummus, but if you are feeling like a guilty pleasure, the Phyllo Triangles are AMAZING! They serve traditional Spanikopita, Buffalo Chicken, Sausage and Cheese and even Apple Pie.
The Clean Plate Club Food Truck (or CPC) is built on the philosophy of fresh and local. These culinary school graduates are keen on classic technique, but love to mix in some new world styles in their unique menu.
