Barrel & Blending Program

Taste with the Winemakers – $50

Meet with our winemaking team to discuss which varietals you’re interested in. Once you’ve decided, you can move forward with bottling OR add on a blending session. This $50 tasting fee is credited to your deposit. Once you decide on your barrel, 50% of your total payment is due.

Blending Session – $20 per person

Our winemakers will create 2 blends they believe will taste best together. At the blending session, you will “blindly” taste the 2 blends along with your original chosen varietal to decide which you like best. A custom-blended wine is an additional $2 per bottle. Once decided, we can schedule a bottling date.

Custom Label

Work with our Graphic Designer to create your own custom label. Each 1/2 barrel includes 1 custom design.

Bottling

Final payment is due at this time. You will work with the winemaking team to bottle and label your finished wine! This is also when you can take your wine home with you.

Half Barrel = 144 Bottles/12 Cases

Full Barrel = 288 Bottles/24 Cases
